The O Street location has 20 chairs and operates six days a week. This location also serves as our Corporate Headquarters.
The Northwest location has 28 chairs and operates six days a week.
The Southwest location has 12 chairs and operates six days a week.
The Home Dialysis Program operates from our Southwest location. This unit provides both Home Hemodialysis and Home Peritoneal Dialysis. The Home Dialysis program operates Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
